Wellness Profile
Each year, the BAC offers a free personal wellness profile for its members. The evaluation analyzes your blood work, cholesterol, blood pressure, and cardiovascular fitness. You may choose to share this information with a wellness coach, personal trainer, or your doctor.

Living Lite

This comprehensive eight-week weight management and lifestyle improvement program focuses on nutrition, exercise, and behavior change to help you improve your health. You will attend a weekly class and work one-on-one with a personal trainer to help you achieve your weight management and lifestyle improvement goals. Cost varies depending upon the number of personal training sessions.

8 Weeks to a Healthy Lifestyle for Baby Boomers

This class is designed everyone in the Baby Boomer era that wants to learn how to live a healthier lifestyle. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned veteran at the BAC, this class will help you live healthier. During the eight-week class, you will spend one hour in the classroom covering topics such as goal setting, nutrition, and behavior change. You will also spend one hour with a BAC personal trainer learning how to exercise properly to increase health and independence.  Cost varies.  Individual and couple rates are available for members and non-members.

8 Weeks to a Healthy Lifestyle for Seniors
For adults 55 and older who want to achieve a healthier lifestyle through exercise, nutrition, attitude, and stress management. Combines an hour of discussion and an hour of exercise training. By the end of the course, you will have nutrition and exercise plans that can be worked into your regular routine. No previous knowledge or experience is required.

Meal Patterning
An interactive seminar on the four essential factors of healthy eating: frequency (how often to eat), quantity (how much to eat), quality (how to make healthy choices), and balance (how to balance carbohydrates, protein and fat at each meal).
