| Rebekah Bolt, ACE-CPT Rebekah is pursuing her bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology from Western Michigan University and is certified as a Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
In addition to her personal training certification, Rebekah is an established swim instructor at the BAC and surrounding community.
Rebekah believes that exercise is a lifetime achievement and everyone should have fun and enjoy improving his or her lifestyle.

| Dave Bunt, NSCA-CSCS Dave earned his bachelor's degree in exercise physiology from Western Michigan University (WMU) and is certified as a Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
He has valuable experience in personal training, working with all ages of clients. Dave also has extensive experience in athletics, including sports performance training from beginner to elite levels. He was an intern with WMU strength and conditioning staff, working closely with EMU athletic teams. He has a passion to help everyone realize their full potential, whether their goal is sports performance or overall health and wellness.

 | John Gaunt, BS, NSCA-CPT John earned his bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology from Western Michigan University and is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
John has experience working with people of all ages and fitness levels. He has experience working with youth and adult soccer athletes. In addition, John is the personal trainer for the New Leaf and Bariatric programs through Bronson Methodist Hospital. |

 | Chris Johnson Chris holds a master's degree in exercise physiology from Michigan State University and certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine, National Academy of Sports Medicine and the America Council on Exercise. Apart from his degree and certifications, Chris is a nationally-recognized speaker and author of "On Target Living Nutrition". With more than 16,000 hours of one-on-one personal training, Chris brings a unique and dynamic approach to health and fitness. |

 | Brian Ladkrood, ACE-CPT Brian is a certified Personal Trainer through the American Council of Exercise. He joined Bronson's team in 2003, bringing with him three years of personal training experience.
Brian enjoys working with clients of all fitness levels and age ranges. He especially enjoys introducing the advantages of incorporating strength training and nutrition into his clients' fitness regimen. |

 | Sarah Onderlinde, BS, NSCA-CSCS Sarah earned her bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology from Calvin College and is certified as a Strength and Conditioning Coach through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
Sarah enjoys working with people of all ages and all fitness levels. She has a special interest in sport-specific training, with passion and expertise in soccer. Through proper exercise training and nutrition, Sarah hopes to help people improve their quality of life. |

 | Kathy Parren, ISSA-CPT Kathy has a bachelor's degree in business administration and is a certified Personal Trainer through the International Sport Science Association (ISSA).
In addition to her certification, Kathy has a passion for fitness and dance. She has an extensive background in dance and is a Fitness and Figure Competitor.
Kathy enjoys training adults of all ages and fitness levels. Through her experiences, Kathy believes she can teach people how to live a fun, healthier, more pain-free lifestyle. |

 | Ryan Patterson Ryan earned his bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology from Western Michigan University (WMU) and is currently working toward his master's degree in exercise physiology and sport management, also from Western. Along with his degree, Ryan is a certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
Ryan enjoys working with all ages and varieties of people with different fitness goals.

 | Sheri Shon, ACE-CGEI/CPT, Specialty Certs. Sheri has been the Group Exercise Director at the Bronson Athletic Club for more than six years. She is also a Master Gliding Instructor™, Master Resist-A-Ball Instructor and a certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise. Sheri also holds many specialty certifications in the health and exercise field.
Sheri enjoys working with individuals in all aspects of life from young adults to baby boomers. Sheri’s first love is teaching and training proper biomechanics. Teaching cardio, weight and strength training workouts in a group setting transfers over to working one-on-one with individuals that need that extra motivation to improve their lifestyle. |
