Weight Loss Challenge
Bronson Athletic Club is launching it's NEW 10 week Weight Loss Challenge on October 3. Join The BAC's personal trainers David Arrasmith and Brian Ladkrood as they lead you on a transformation adventure toward a new you. We are offering two out of the three levels of progressive sessions during this challenge. Define your own sense of adventure by choosing to participate in the Beginning Session or the Intermediate Session. We will also offer an Advanced Session during the WLC starting in January 2012. You will receive the information, instruction, and inspiration for lasting weight loss and better health. The program will include group exercise instruction, nutritional seminars, and one-on-one empowerment coaching. Midway through we will offer a one hour Health and Wellness seminar focused on The Power of Feeling Your Best.

The NEW Weight Loss Challenge will be awarding prizes to the First, Second, and Third place winners based on percentage of weight lost.
