Teen Fitness Challenge

Join Bronson Athletic Club’s Teen Fitness Challenge for ages 12-17! Inspired by the successful Bronson Athletic Club’s Weight Loss Challenge and the popular TV fitness reality show “The Biggest Loser,” the Bronson Athletic Club (BAC) is launching a 10-week Teen Fitness Challenge on June 19.

The Challenge consists of an introductory seminar, 10 group training sessions with a certified personal trainer, a nutritional seminar featuring renowned author and trainer Chris Johnson, the on Target Living Nutrition book, and weekly nutrition recommendations and workout plans geared toward teens.  This program is designed to give teens of all fitness levels the opportunity to have fun and make new friends while working out. Ages 12-17 are welcome and encouraged to join.

Our teens are the future of this nation. Almost 14 million children in the U.S. between the ages of two and 17 are obese and another 8.6 million are at risk of becoming obese.  We want to help make a positive change in your teen’s life by joining other teens in making healthy changes in their lives. The Challenge will help your teen live a healthier, happier and more fulfilling lifestyle. Other benefits include:

The first Teen Fitness Challenge runs June 19 to August 30 and costs $200 for Bronson Athletic Club members and $257 for nonmembers. Nonmember’s program cost includes one visit per week outside of your regular scheduled training time. A guest fee of $9 will be charged for any additional visits. Be a Teen Fitness Challenge Winner

The BAC is offering prizes to the Teen Fitness Challenge winners. The first, second and third place winners will be chosen at the end of 10 weeks based on percentage of weight loss.

 

1st place winner receives

  • three personal training sessions

2nd place winner receives

  • two personal training sessions

3rd place winner receives

  • one personal training session
