ACE of the Month
ACE of the Month is something the Adult Medical Unit does to recognize excellence in staff. The nomination forms and box are in the break room and staff writes about why the staff member they are nominating is deserving. The nominations are then reviewed at the shared governance meeting and honored with a special gift. At the end of the year, all staff who were chosen for ACE of the Month are voted on by staff for the ACE of the Year. Last year, Gertie Bontrager was selected by her peers and received a "night on the town" with movie, dinner, and gas gift cards.
