Gallup Patient Satisfaction Survey Methodology -- Gallup has conducted research and data collection processes leading to the information presented. The data referenced was collected from 301 Bronson Healthcare Group respondents interviewed from November 1, 2007 to February 28, 2008 (included patients discharged between October 1, 2007 and December 31, 2007). The expected error range is +/- 4.9%. The response variables available were “very satisfied,” “satisfied,” “somewhat dissatisfied,” and “very dissatisfied.” The data presented and any conclusion reached using these data is the responsibility of the Client.  Gallup’s responsibility is to present the data in a fair and consistent manner and, in some cases, to express opinions concerning the data. Gallup has conducted the research in accordance with generally accepted research standards and the explicit standards set forth by Gallup.  Comparisons of the current data with previous data collected for the same company/organization may have been made.
