Infusion Care The Infusion Center at Bronson provides complete infusion therapy services, also referred to as intravenous or IV therapy. Infusion therapy is provided to treat illness or counteract the side effects of treatment. It involves introducing a fluid, other than blood, into a vein when medicine or other treatment cannot be taken by mouth.
Our center has all-private rooms and is equipped with a bed or recliner, telephone, TV and pharmacy. Since treatment determines how long a patient stays at the clinic, we encourage bringing a family member to the treatment room. Depending on the type of therapy required, a patient may need to visit the Infusion Center for a single treatment or for continuous treatments over weeks, months or years. Our center is located at Bronson Methodist Hospital in the Medical Office Pavilion. This location gives patients access to additional Bronson services, such as outpatient testing and diagnostics, gift shop, pharmacy, Bronson HealthAnswers and medical practices.
