At Bronson, we would like your stay with us to be as comfortable as possible. To help with this, our Patient Relations Specialists are available to patients and their families if they have a question, concern, compliment, or comment. Patient Relations Specialists respond to concerns that cannot be resolved by the hospital staff directly involved in a patient's care.
The Patient Relations Team acts as a personal liaison between a patient and the hospital. As advocates for the patient, we help resolve individual problems, concerns, and unmet needs. Working with hospital staff and management, we strive to ensure the absolute best quality of care at Bronson.

Patient Relations is staffed Monday?Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please leave a detailed message if you are calling after hours or on a weekend. A Patient Relations Specialist will return your call during business hours. If your needs are urgent, you can page us at (269) 388-1374. You can also ask your nurse, charge nurse, or the hospital operator to page us for you.
