Patient Relations
 For questions regarding a patient's location, condition or phone number, please call Bronson's Referral and Information center at (269) 341-7654. They are available 24 hours a day/7 days a week to answer your call.
The Patient Relations department is available to patients, families and visitors to assist with any concerns, complaints, problems or suggestions about their care or service. The team acts as a personal liaison between a patient, their family and the hospital. Contact Patient Relations Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at (269) 341-8959. For urgent needs, call 269-341-7654 and ask to page the Patient Relations Specialist on call. You may also complete the Patient Feedback Form.

We invite patients, family members, employees, donors, community members and anybody else to share their experience.
