Bronson Methodist Hospital serves nearly 24,000 inpatients each year. In general, inpatients are those who stay at Bronson for more than 24 hours. After a hospital stay, a random sample of patients receive a survey from Press Ganey, a national healthcare satisfaction survey company. The survey asks patients how we are doing in several areas. Bronson uses the survey results to make changes as needed and to give feedback to our staff.

In 2009, patients are giving Bronson high marks. We receive a score between 1 and 100 based on patient ratings of the care we provided. Bronson’s score is 92.4. We compare ourselves to other hospitals that use Press Ganey to understand how we are doing.
