Bronson Methodist Hospital does close to 10,000 outpatient surgeries every year. This means the patient goes home the same day of the surgery. Each month, we ask a company called Press Ganey to survey many of our patients after their visit. They ask our patients how we are doing in several areas. Bronson uses the survey results to make changes as needed and to give feedback to our staff.

In 2009, patients are giving Bronson high marks. We receive a score between 1 and 100 based on patient ratings of the care we provided. Bronson’s score is 95.2. We compare ourselves to other hospitals that use Press Ganey to understand how we are doing.
