Patients can come to Bronson for several outpatient tests. This includes blood draws, X-rays and more. Each month, we ask a company called Press Ganey to call many of our patients after their visit. They ask our patients how we are doing in several areas. Bronson uses the survey results to make changes as needed and to give feedback to our staff.

Patients are giving Bronson high marks. We receive a score between 1 and 100 based on patient ratings of the care we provided. Bronson’s score is 94.3. We compare ourselves to other hospitals that use Press Ganey to understand how we are doing.
