Mary Meitz is responsible for general accounting, budgeting, investments, treasury management, accounts payable, payroll, patient accounting for Bronson Methodist Hospital and Bronson Medical Group, registration, health information management, reimbursement, contract management and compliance. Meitz serves as the chairperson for Bronson’s Corporate Effectiveness Strategic Oversight Team and is the billing compliance officer.

Meitz has over 18 years of experience in the health care industry and was promoted to her current position in 2004. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Western Michigan University and is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

Meitz serves on the Board of Directors for the West Michigan Cancer Center, Allegan Emergency Medical Services, and Van Buren Emergency Medical Services.
