Sue Reinoehl is responsible for Bronson's strategic planning, market research, corporate communications, public relations, marketing, and board development.

Reinoehl has over 25 years of experience in health care administration. She has held many roles at Bronson, including outpatient services, physician recruitment and development, physician practice administration, regional development planning, marketing, and service line administration. Prior to joining Bronson, Reinoehl was the system vice president for physician support services at Oakwood Healthcare System in Dearborn, Michigan.

Reinoehl received her Master of Health Services Administration in Hospital Administration from the University of Michigan in 1986 and her Bachelor of Arts in Business from Michigan State University in 1984. She served on the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Board of Examiners. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), a member of the Society of Healthcare Strategy and Market Development (SHSMD), and served in various community leadership roles including Leadership Kalamazoo Advisory Committee, West Michigan Cancer Center Board of Directors, Kalamazoo Symphony Orchestra Board of Directors, Greater Kalamazoo United Way Board of Directors, and YWCA Women of Achievement Committee.
