Bronson Athletic Club Hosts FitFest 2010

KALAMAZOO, Mich. — The Bronson Athletic Club, located at 6789 Elm Valley Drive in Kalamazoo, will host FitFest 2010 on Friday, July 16 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (trade show from 12 noon – 6:30 p.m.) and on Saturday, July 17 from 8 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. (trade show from 4 – 6 p.m.).

FitFest 2010 is a weekend fitness conference and expo tour, presented by Savvier Fitness, for people interested in the fitness industry including experienced Group-X instructors and personal trainers as well as people new to fitness industry. 

FitFest 2010 presenters include:

• Leslee Bender, the original creator of the Bender Ball® and Bender Method™.
• Jennifer Hall, lead master trainer for Balletone and Flirty Girl Fitness®, is presenting Power Systems, Body Bar, and Urban Rebounding.  She is an active choreographer and her work can been seen on Fox Television’s “So You Think You Can Dance” as well as on various fitness DVDs.
• Mindy Mylrea, the creator & lead talent behind Gliding®, is the 2008 ECA OBOW Fitness Presenter of the Year, the 2004 Can Fit Pro International Presenter of the Year, the 1999 International IDEA Fitness Instructor of the Year, a National and World Aerobic Champion, a Power Bar sponsored athlete, and a five star presenter for IDEA. She is a master trainer for Schwinn Cycling®, Body Bar, & BOSU™.

The presenters will teach a wide array of fitness class teaching methods, including Flirtification, Bender Boot Camp, BOSU® Master Training, Gliding® Master Training, Bender Method™ Pilates, BOSU® Xplode, Tutu Tough Training, Transformation Posture, Ultimate Boot Camp Challenge, Bender Method™ Healthy Back, Fun, Fit & Fabulous! and BOSU® Cardio Express.
