Description:
This course will aid an individual to recongnize, eliminate and AVOID potential trouble by becoming more aware of daily surrounding, with physical confrontation being the last resort. Learn tactical skills on "how to" release oneself from different grabs and holds to immobilize an assailant to facilitate an ext to safety.
