This six-week Nordic Walking Class is for all levels of fitness from beginners to experienced walkers and for those who enjoy the outdoors!    

Through a combination of indoor presentation and outdoor Nordic Walking, Healthy Steps Nordic Walking Class will focus on the first steps to achieve a healthier lifestyle, one step at a time.

 What to expect?

• Nordic Walking offers an excellent total body workout that is gentle on the joints and is an excellent well-rounded cardio exercise. 
• Classes are outside for 45 minutes, so please dress appropriately.  It’s important to wear sneakers and bring water in a portable pack.
• Also bring a notebook to record thoughts and goals you have during the lecture. Please consider coming with a friend as they will enjoy it along with you!
• Bronson Wellness dollars can be used!
