Description:
This class is for families who want more coping skills during labor. You will learn positioning and massage to help ease the discomforts of pregnancy and labor. This class is especially helpful for families who what to prepare for a vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC).
Class Fees:	Please bring the family fee to class. $30.00
