This one day class will help your family prepare for the birth of your child. You will learn exercises, breathing techniques, and relaxation techniques to help you during pregnancy, labor, and delivery. You will learn about natural coping techniques and medical interventions for Cesarean section births, and vaginal births with and without epidural anesthesia. The class includes a tour of the Bronson BirthPlace. |
