Spinning® Certified Instructor: Jim Kindle This specific “Cycling Building Training” program uses three methods: Technique, Power and Endurance. Over this ten week course you will experience progressive interval techniques that will focus on high cadence and form to increase your power. Power is the key to better cycling performance. Please Note: This program is not designed as a “get in shape” program, but as a program for those that are already in good shape, and want to take their cycling to the next level.
