At this free workshop, you'll discover how to prevent type 2 diabetes and what you can do to live a healthy life if you have this condition. This session, led by a certified diabetes educator from Bronson Methodist Hospital, will give you the tools you need for successful diabetes management: healthy eating, exercise, monitoring, stress management, effective medications and more.
