Community Health Needs Assessment
As a community-owned health system, Bronson is committed to not only treating illness, but to improving the overall health and well-being of the communities we serve.
In 2025, each hospital in the Bronson Healthcare system conducted a Community Health Needs Assessment to obtain a clear snapshot of the most important health needs facing area residents. The CHNAs were completed and approved by Bronson Healthcare’s Board of Directors in November 2025.
Bronson uses the findings from the 2025 reports to prioritize and implement efforts across its tri-county service area. This subsequent Community Health Implementation Plan will be published in May 2026.
