Community Health Needs Assessment

As a community-owned health system, Bronson is committed to not only treating illness, but to improving the overall health and well-being of the communities we serve.

In 2019, each hospital in the Bronson Healthcare system conducted a Community Health Needs Assessment to obtain a clear snapshot of the most important health needs facing area residents.

Bronson used the findings from the 2019 reports to prioritize and implement efforts across its tri-county service area. This subsequent Community Health Implementation Plan was published in May 2020.
