A Stanford University Self-Management Program
This six-week workshop for cancer survivors, their families and friends offers practical tools for living a healthy life. It is designed for everybody who has had a cancer diagnosis, whether they are still in treatment or not. The workshop uses short lectures, lively discussion, relaxation techniques, guided imagery, brainstorming, problem solving and action plans to engage participants in the self-management process.

- Changes to your body
- Dealing with depression
- Living with uncertainty

- Exercise and fitness
- Positive thinking
