No matter your age, current fitness level or swimming ability, Bronson Athletic Club’s (BAC) aquatics department has the perfect workout for you. The BAC aquatics facility offers three pools:

  • Six-lane, 25-yard lap pool
  • Shallow-water pool for water exercise classes and open swim
  • Warm water therapy pool for individual and family relaxation

When the pool reopens on October 5, both the lap pool and the exercise pool will be available by reservation only. Reserve your time slots today!

Low impact fitness classes offered daily - TEMPORARILY CLOSED

Exercising in the pool offers a great cardiovascular workout that is also easy on your joints. Whether you are looking for a heart pumping workout – like Aqua Zumba – or a slow-moving class to help increase muscle tone, mobility and range of motion – like Arthritis Nice and Easy –our certified water fitness instructors are here to help you get the most out of your gym time. Class options included in club membership include:

  • ABC (Aquatic Body Conditioning)
  • Aqua 20/20
  • Aqua Boot Camp
  • Aqua Zumba
  • Arthritis Nice & Easy
  • Active Arthritis
  • Deep Water
  • Noon Water Exercise

Private and group swim lessons available for all ages - TEMPORARILY CLOSED

Building strong, confident swimmers is at the forefront of the BACs swim program. Our team of certified swim instructors is here to help people of all ages learn to swim. Class options, available exclusively to children of club members, include:

  • Toddler-parent swim lessons (6 months to three years old)
  • Youth group lessons (beginning at age 3)
  • Private lessons
  • Teen and adult group lessons

Swim team for more advanced athletes in a non-competitive setting - TEMPORARILY CLOSED

For children looking for more advanced swimming options, the BAC Dolphin’s Swim Team is the perfect option. Swimmers may choose to practice two or three times a week at the pre-swim team, junior swim team or senior swim team level. Athletes will incorporate all four swim strokes into their workouts, building skill, strength and confidence. Swim team is available exclusively to children of club members.
