Look better, feel better and eat better with Bronson Athletic Club's version of Primal Transformation, a program based on the Primal Blueprint 21-Day Total Body Transformation devised by fitness expert and author Mark Sisson, publisher of MarksDailyApple.com.

21 days to a healthier you
With solid guidance from Bronson's personal training staff and motivation from your small group, work towards improved fitness and overall well being with this 21-day program. You will be amazed with the results you see in only three weeks!

The program begins and ends with blood chemistry profiles to track the progress you make throughout the program.

Customizable workout plans for fast results
Primal Transformation includes a workout plan that incorporates basic movement patterns and body weight exercises, like planks, squats and lunges. The workouts are led by Bronson Athletic Club personal trainers. Although workouts are intense, they can be customized to fit individual fitness abilities. Workouts include:

  • A one-on-one meeting with a personal trainer
  • Six 45-minute personal training sessions in a small-group format

Food choices to fuel your body
The eating portion of Primal Transformation can vary based on participants unique body chemistry and needs. Typically, participants will increase protein and fiber intake through foods like meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, fruits and healthy oils - while cutting out foods that didn't exist thousands of years ago like grains, legumes and processed treats. Making these changes, along with workouts, has helped participants gain energy, lose weight and improve blood work.
