Group Exercise Classes

Led by nationally-certified instructors, group exercise classes at the BAC are a great option for safe, effective workouts that take the guess work out of getting in shape. All workouts can be modified, so no matter if you are new to working out or are a seasoned athlete, you are sure to leave class feeling strong and accomplished.

To ensure social distancing is maintained, all classes are held in our new, larger group exercise studio or outside if weather permits. The new studio features bright, natural light as well as high ceilings and fresh air-flow. Also, new floor markings designate individual workout spaces.

Virtual class options

Do you love working out with our instructors, but feel more safe during COVID working out from home? Our instructors now live stream a handful of workouts each day on The BAC Pack Facebook group. This private Facebook group is available exclusively to Bronson Athletic Club members, both with the standard club membership, as well as with the new BAC Pack Membership. Learn more.

Unless otherwise noted, all classes are 55 minutes.

In-person class schedule

Join us for one - or several - of the classes listed below. In accordance with new state regulations, all in-person classes will be held outside from Wednesday, November 18-Wednesday, December 9. All in-person classes are weather-dependent. If an outdoor class is going to be cancelled due to weather, it will be posted in the BAC Pack Facebook group. Additionally, masks are required at all times on Athletic Club premises – including during outdoor group exercise classes.

Your fitness is our passion! Our instructors are all nationally certified. Many also hold bachelor's and master's degrees in health and fitness fields. So no matter which class you select, you can feel confident knowing you are receiving the highest level of instruction so you can get the most out of your workouts.

Compliment your group exercise classes with some individualized attention. For an additional fee, try:

  • Personal training: Group exercise classes can be crowded, and sometimes they move fast. Make sure you're doing the exercises correctly with the help of a personal trainer. Work one-on-one to perfect your form so you can get the most out of your classes!
  • Mobility training: Do you feel aches and pains before, during or after your workouts? That can be fixed with some mobility work. With the help of a personal trainer, improve your range of motion, release tight muscles and discover simple stretches and exercises that will help you move easier and with less pain.
  • Small group training: Group exercise meets personal training. Working alongside a small group of teammates, your trainer will work with you to push your limits and take you to new heights.
