During a mobility training session, a nationally certified personal trainer will work with you on exercises and stretches that take your muscles, tendons and joints through their entire range of motion. This allows your trainer to spot the cause of your movement issues, make corrections and give you specific exercises to help strengthen your problem areas. This type of training will help you:
