Small Group Training

If you're looking for motivating workouts led by a nationally certified personal trainer, and want the added energy and fun of working out with a group of individuals with similar health and fitness goals, small group training at Bronson Athletic Club is for you!

Program offerings are available for everyone - no matter where you are on your fitness journey. Choose from programs focused on weight loss, strength training, improved balance and more.

Upcoming program options include:

  • GRIT
    Winter 2 Session: March 8-April 15
    Mondays, 12:15 p.m. OR Tuesdays, 5:30 p.m. OR Thursdays, 5:30 a.m.
    Combine strength, plyometric and cardio workouts for a challenge that will have you burning calories hours after your workout. With questions, email Sarah at onderlis@bronsonhg.org. To register, call (269) 544-3200 or stop by the club service desk.
    • Cost for full six-week session (one session/week): $65 
    • Cost for drop-in sessions: $20/session
