Small Group Training
If you're looking for motivating workouts led by a nationally certified personal trainer, and want the added energy and fun of working out with a group of individuals with similar health and fitness goals, small group training at Bronson Athletic Club is for you!
Program offerings are available for everyone - no matter where you are on your fitness journey. Choose from programs focused on weight loss, strength training, improved balance and more.
Upcoming program options include:
March 9-April 28 (no classes April 2-10)
Mondays/Fridays, 10:30 to 11 a.m., OR
Tuesdays/Thursdays, 5:45 to 6:15 a.m.

- Cost for full six-week session: $125 (returning participants), $150 (new participants)
