Thank you to Sharp Smile Center!
When local dental patients have their teeth whitened, they can smile a little brighter knowing that they are also bringing a smile to the face of a child in need.
Sharp Smile Center 2016 Smiles for Life Campaign to Benefit Bronson Children’s Hospital
The 18th annual Smiles For Life Campaign begins this month, which means dental patients nationwide can brighten a child’s future just by visiting local Crown Council Office Sharp Smile Center. The campaign runs from March 1 until June 30, and 100% of the proceeds from teeth whitening procedures done at Sharp Smile Center are contributed directly to Bronson Children’s Hospital and the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). As an additional incentive, each tooth whitening patient enjoys their smile brightening procedure at a discounted rate. Patients love the unique opportunity to improve the lives of families in our community while also enhancing their own smile.
Since its creation, the Crown Council’s Smiles For Life Campaign has raised over $36,000,000 for seriously ill, disabled and disadvantaged kids. That’s a staggering $2M a year average, all thanks to participation from local communities and dental practices. Smiles For Life hopes to continue this tremendous pace for donations this year.
“Smiles For Life allows a person to help children in need by doing something that benefits them as well,” explains Greg Anderson, director of the Crown Council. “The team at Sharp Smile Center donate their time and expertise, while Ultradent generously provides all Opalescence whitening products. You receive a brighter smile, and, best of all, provide children with a brighter future.”
When communities work together they can help make a real difference in countless children’s lives. Anyone interested in donating directly without teeth whitening can do so by clicking here. Participants can also refer friends to Sharp Smile Center by linking to the Smiles for Life site, making it easier than ever to give the gift of a new smile to friends and loved ones, while also giving hope to children in need.
All of the donations raised by Sharp Smile Center this year will be given to the Bronson Children’s Hospital and the NICU, to purchase a new webcam system called Nicview ™. The technology allows families to check in on their babies in the NICU when they can’t be by their bedside.
