Jennie cares deeply for every patient that she encounters and wants to ensure that their experience is our at Bronson Pediatric Gastroenterology Specialists is the best it can be. She consistently goes out of her way to make sure patients have everything they need to be successful after every visit.

The rapport that she develops with our patients is one that is so welcoming and comforting. They have all come to know her as the one person that they can contact with any question or concern…and she’s that for me too!

I know that anything I delegate to her will be done quickly and correctly, without question, every single time. Her empathetic and compassionate nature is evident in the care that she provides, and our team is so lucky to have her. I have never met another medical assistant that operates at the levels that she does - most of the time without being asked.

She is currently in nursing school, and when she graduates, we will be sad to see her leave this role, but the nursing profession will have gained a true gem in Jennie!
