I Felt Like I'd Been One of Her Patients for Years

Amanda Pung and the rest of the staff I interacted with Bronson LakeView Family Care - Paw Paw (Suite B) were very kind, knowledgeable and compassionate about their patients. Even though I’ve never been seen by Amanda until March 2024, I felt like I’d been one of her patients for years. She was very thorough in her explanation of how she wanted to treat the infections I’m currently experiencing and expressed concern with giving me another round of prednisone. I stated I didn’t want more prednisone as my inhaler was working well enough to keep my bronchi open. She was also very open in regards to which antibiotic(s) she was going to send in for me and was aware of my allergies. Thank you, Amanda and staff, for helping me feel like part of your family. I truly appreciate it along with the care you showed me.
