An invaluable member of our team

Cajsa joined our neurovascular unit (NVU) team about a year ago, transitioning from another organization where she worked as an experienced LPN. Her wealth of knowledge and experience has been invaluable to our team. Her collaboration with the care team is amazing, supporting PCA’s and RNs in any way that she can, always willing to jump in and help when needed, while providing exceptional care to her patients. She often makes special connections with her patients and their families because of the outstanding care that she gives. One patient wrote to acknowledge this by saying:

Cajsa was just wonderful! She was respectful and took the time to really understand my case and answer my questions. She was very responsive and had a sweet and personable approach. I really appreciated her help during this vulnerable time. Thank you Cajsa!

Recently, Cajsa has taken on the role of preceptor for onboarding our LPNs. Those under her guidance are fortunate to learn from and be supported by someone as experienced, caring and compassionate as Cajsa.

In just a couple of weeks, she will begin her orientation as a Graduate RN. We are confident that she will excel in this new role, building on her experience while continuing to make a positive impact with her patients, their families, patient outcomes and with our NVU team.
