Anna Made Me Feel Comfortable

I went into the Bronson Methodist Hospital Emergency Department in Kalamazoo because I fell and hit my head. I was very scared and was alone. Anna Collins was my emergency department technician. She turned the entire experience around for me. She made me feel comfortable, she made me belly laugh and she also helped to advocate a quick discharge just so I could attend my son's Kindergarten orientation. As a single mom who doesn't have family in town, I cannot express how seen, heard, cared for, and advocated for during my treatment. Her and the doctor were beyond incredible and I just didn't want it go without notice or recognition. Thank you Anna! You were so wonderful. She brought joy not only to me but I could tell she did that with every other patient as well. Just incredible!
