We love you Anneke!

Anneke took care of our girls from the beginning to the end of their NICU journey. She was a familiar and kind face on bad days and on good days she celebrated with us. She made keepsakes to keep our spirits up and that our girls will cherish forever. Although we are so happy to take our girls home we will miss her and everything she did for our family. We love you Anneke!
