I’m a nurse at Bronson Methodist Hospital. I work on the Neurovascular Unit where we specialize in stroke care. We get to care for patients who have had strokes, seizures, spinal surgeries and other overflow cases.

This is a really rewarding career because we have the responsibility of caring for patients when they come in at their very worst and the privilege of helping them back to their new normal. One of the best parts of my job is seeing firsthand the growth these patients are able to make in their health because of the care we provide. I am also really proud to be a part of the team here at Bronson Methodist Hospital because we are a Comprehensive Stroke Center and we have been designated as a Magnet Hospital for Nursing four times in a row – so I know I am working alongside some of the best!
