The Battle Creek ED Nursing Assistant was absolutely amazing

We brought my 15-year-old son into the Bronson Battle Creek emergency department while he was having a manic episode (we didn’t know yet what was happening). He was impulsive, argumentative and even aggressive with staff. The nursing assistant who helped us was truly an angel! 👼 She was the calm in his storm and was able to de-escalate him when others would increase. This was the hardest moment of my life bringing him in and seeing him behave like this and she was so understanding. Thank you!
