Betty Went Above and Beyond to Help Me

I was at Bronson Lab - Battle Creek Oak Ridge and was helped by Betty. Unfortunately my paperwork for my blood draw was not in the system and she went above and beyond to help be get this resolved. She called my doctor's office to get the paperwork sent. She did everything she could to help me with this. I just wanted to let you know about how helpful she was. I hope whenever I have more blood work done again, I will have her help me. She is definitely an asset to your company.
