They Fight for What I Need

I just want to acknowledge the hard work that’s put in at Bronson Family Medicine on John Street.

I see Dr. Shannon McKeeby and she really works miracles. Phillis also helps a lot with my care. They always answer my questions  and they fight for what I need. They listened when I've needed things, even when no one else did. Dr. McKeeby was one of the first people to acknowledge my invisible disability and help me get a diagnosis quickly. She is also the reason that I’ve been able to stay out of the emergency room as much as I have been.

I really hope that you can acknowledge their amazing level of care. Even the front desk staff does a great job conveying information and helping when they can.
