Great to see them back as employees earning money and gaining experience!

I am overjoyed today! From 2012–2019, I had the joy of managing a partnership between Bronson Battle Creek and Big Brother Big Sister for a "Bigs in Business" program. The program matched Bronson Battle Creek leaders (Bigs) with 6th–8th grade students (Littles) from Northwestern Middle School. Today, I was assisted by Jose Hernandez. Jose was John Fear's (our director of food services) Little from 2014-2015. Now, Jose is working in Bronson's IT department through the Higher Promise! Also, my Little (2014), Rahkhyia Hollis, is a nurse extern in the Bronson Battle Creek surgery department! This is so great to see them back in at Bronson Battle Creek as employees earning money and gaining experience.
