She Was Very Professional and Made Me Feel Welcome

I have needed to use the Bronson Urgent Care in Battle Creek several times in the last few months. I was greeted by Amielin when I first walked in the door. She was very professional and made me feel welcome. Upon leaving she always asked if everything was okay and hoped I felt better. Her smile and concern is genuine.
