Bronson Primary Care Partners - West Main St., is fortunate to have good employees, but one in particular is Bich Phuong T. Pham, also know as "BP." She is the phlebotomist at West Main office. BP is professional, understanding, has excellent patient care skills, great communicator, showed compassion, along with her knowledge, skill and patience. Most important was her accuracy! She made certain that my name and date of birth were accurate on all 7 vials.
