Brock is an amazing nurse

Brock Degroot helped take care of my mom after her total knee replacement. She had to stay an additional night in order to get pain management under control and he was just wonderful. He was kind and compassionate while also remaining professional. He made sure she had what she needed in a timely fashion and got answers immediately. He was always cheerful, had a positive attitude, and was friendly. Never showing annoyance and frustration. He listened and explained things without being condescending.
