I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude and pride for our clerical team at Bronson Family Medicine Marshall.

Their dedication and hard work have truly made a difference in our practice, and I am so proud of the incredible strides we have made together.

Over the past few months, we have collaborated closely to implement standard work processes, and their commitment to excellence in patient care has been unwavering. Thanks to their efforts, we have achieved remarkable results, including reducing our no-show appointments from 8.6% to 4.2% and increasing scheduling utilization from 91.4% to an impressive 102.1%.

A special mention to Jennifer Cobb, our amazing Clerical Coordinator. Her support and drive to implement standard work have been tremendous, though she’s not in the picture. Jennifer is a key part of our success, and efforts don’t go unnoticed.

These achievements are a testament to their professionalism, teamwork, and passion for what they do. They are the face of our practice, and I am grateful to have such an exceptional team by my side.
