On 12/09/2024, our 9-month-old daughter, Navy, required a complex medical procedure, and the process of starting her IV was one of the most challenging and emotional experiences we’ve faced as parents. Watching Navy in distress, we felt helpless, overwhelmed, and consumed by fear. In that vulnerable moment, Kristin became our anchor. She didn’t just provide care—she provided reassurance, strength, and unwavering support.
