Building Careers that Make an Impact in Our Community

My husband Blake and I have both been working for Bronson for 12 years. Though we live in South Haven, my career with Bronson began with the ENT practice in Kalamazoo, first as a Patient Support Assistant before being promoted to Medical Secretary and later Physician Office Coordinator. Then, in 2022, Bronson acquired Constance Brown Hearing Center, and I became the practice manager for Bronson Constance Brown Hearing Center and Bronson Plastic Surgery Specialists. My director at the time, Mark Montross, believed in me and encouraged me to grow into leadership. He trusted me not only to manage a practice, but to help launch an entirely new service line at Bronson.
While I loved my work family and everything we built at Bronson Constance Brown, my goal was always to work closer to home. As Bronson had also recently acquired South Haven Hospital, an opportunity opened up in 2025 for a Practice Manager at Bronson LakeView Family Medicine – Blue Star and I knew it would be the perfect fit.
Around the same time that I started at Bronson in 2014, Blake also began a new job in the food services department at South Haven Health System (now Bronson South Haven Hospital). He loves the people he works with and the flexibility of his schedule. He also loves being able to connect with people every day and knows that even a small interaction can make a positive difference in someone's day, which gives him a lot of pride in his work.
South Haven is our home, so being able to work here is so important to us. This is the community where our daughter Zoey goes to school, takes dance classes and plays sports. I've always been involved with the local Lions Club and have a passion for serving my community in any way I can. Now, I get to do that through Bronson as well. We also appreciate the benefits Bronson provides which help us support our family in truly unique ways.
To us, Health in Harmony means caring for the people in the community we live in. It is being able to combine compassion, connection and service to create welcoming environments where patients feel supported, valued and cared for like they are family.
