This Team Really Cares

My name is Carol, and I’m 65 years old. I live in Van Buren County, and for my primary care, I see Alejandra Solis, PA-C, at Bronson LakeView Family Care in Paw Paw. From the very beginning, Alejandra has been thorough, straightforward and always willing to answer every question I have. I truly feel like she’s a partner in my care, which means a lot because I manage a chronic condition that requires careful, ongoing attention.

Recently, I wasn’t feeling well and knew I needed to see a doctor. Honestly, I was worried. I assumed there was no way I’d get a same-day appointment and thought my only option might be going to the emergency department. That’s when a family member suggested I call the Bronson Care Advisor phone number first. I’m so glad I did.

The Care Advisor I spoke with was wonderful. They listened to my concerns and reviewed my medical history. Alejandra did not have an opening, but they found me an appointment the same day with a provider at my usual office. I was so grateful to be able to go to the same familiar location. It was reassuring to know that my provider would be able to talk with Alejandra if they had any questions about my medical history. This team really cares.

This experience showed me something important: the doctors and staff at Bronson LakeView Family Care work together to ensure patients receive the care they need when they need it most.

I left that appointment feeling relieved and grateful for the care I received that day, and for learning about the Bronson Care Advisor phone line. Now I know that if I ever need help scheduling, I have a resource that can make a big difference. Thank you, Bronson!
