It Started in 2018 with a Sweet, Compassionate Young Lady

It started in 2018 when a sweet, compassionate, young lady, Saffa Byrd, was my medical assistant at Bronson Orthopedic. She was so compassionate and really stood on patient care. In 2023 her and I reunited at Bronson Internal Medicine & Pediatrics - Lifetime Wellness, she always went above and beyond, always. We reunited again over at Bronson Diabetes & Endocrinology - Portage, off of 12th Street. Where I'm going with this is that no matter what department this young lady was in she always greeted me such warm, loving energy. She made me feel as if she was a daughter of mine the way she cared and nurtured me as a patient. She would listen carefully to my needs and go above and beyond to my patient care making sure prior authorizations for medications were filled, accurately. On time.
