Everyone I Encountered was Very Professional, Kind and Friendly

I would like to let you know that everyone that I encountered during my stay Bronson Methodist Hospital were very professional, kind and friendly.

I would especially like to give a shout out to three caregivers that were assigned to me multiple times and thus I got to know them a little better: Grace, RN, and PCAs Bridgette and Lauren. Additionally, I had a very fun conversation with the gentleman from Room Service who brought me my soup on Sunday. These are the types of interactions that make the stay much more tolerable.

I also enjoyed talking to and interviewing the two medical students doing the orthopedic rotation as well as the resident. All of the doctors always asked if I had any questions and were very informative in answering them. And you probably know this already, but will say it anyway; Dr. Mayron Lichterman is a gem.
