Compassion, energy and care

I’d like to share my deep appreciation for RN Hailey who oversaw my mother’s care in the MICU at Bronson Methodist between 11/21-24 on the night shift. While all of the nursing staff was wonderful and caring, I was particularly impressed with the compassion, energy and care that Hailey showed. She is a force for good and showed my mother (and the rest of our family) the highest levels of respect, love and most importantly, medical care. She attended to every need my mother, Marilyn, had. She constantly checked on my Dad and I, and she helped explain the most complicated and scary medical facts to us. I am forever grateful for her, and know that nursing is in good hands in the future with young leaders like her.
