Concepcion is kind, courteous and wants the best for all patients

Concepcion is an Ambulatory Care Navigator within the Bronson Centralized Disease and Care Management team. When she joined our team, it was evident that she was kind, courteous and wanted the best for all patients. Conception goes with the flow and does not show anything other than positivity. She is able to share if she has concerns but has a soft and kind presentation.
Knowing that we work with patients of all different demographics, Concepcion asked to become a certified interpreter to better support Bronson patients and our team. Through this, she has been able to make special connections and better include patients and families in their care while also making them feel comfortable talking with her versus an interpreter who may not understand healthcare or the work we do. She advocates for the patient and connects them to the appropriate resource(s).
She has also been a positive addition to our team. She is more than willing to trial something new, orient new team members, and assumes good intentions.
